Please carefully review this document. In order to make things official, this contract must be reviewed and accepted.

This Hold Harmless Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective on date of acceptance by and between Daniel Jaklin and Megan Tobin-Jaklin of Spring Creek Farm, 6749 CTH-E, Abrams, Wisconsin 54101 and signing party are sometimes individually referred to as "Party" and collectively referred to as "Parties."

WHEREAS, Party desires to hold harmless Daniel Jaklin and Megan Tobin-Jaklin from any claims and/or litigation arising out of their guests, or their children's actions in connection with injuries sustained on the farm.

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and conditions contained herein, Daniel Jaklin and Megan Tobin-Jaklin and the Party hereby agree as follows:

Petting Zoo Waiver

By visiting Spring Creek Farm, Abrams, WI, I hereby accept any risks involved in participation, accept all liability, and will hold harmless {Petting Zoo} for any damages to my property or injuries to my person or to my minor child(ren). This release of liability includes, but is not limited to, damages or injuries incurred during petting, feeding, or grooming animals.

I agree to abide by the precautions and safety instructions put into place by. Spring Creek Farm, Abrams, WI, I further understand that animal behavior can be unpredictable, and that interacting with animals carries certain inherent risks, but are not limited to:

• Being bitten, trod upon, head-butted, dragged, or otherwise injured during direct contact with horses, cows, pigs, goats, sheep, rabbits, ducks, turkeys, chickens, and mini ponies donkeys. Injuries can include, but are not limited to: eye injury, bruising, sprains, bone breakage, or death.

• Bumping into, colliding, or otherwise making contact with farm equipment, objects, or persons in a manner that results in physical injury.

• Certain animal-borne pathogens, including but not limited to: E. coli, Cryptosporidium, and Salmonella.

I agree to mitigate the risk of damages or injury by following the safety rules as follows and ensuring that children under my care do so as well:

• Empty pockets of all food. Food, drinks, and gum are not allowed in or near the petting area.

• Wear closed-toed shoes at all times.

• Do not tease, poke at, or otherwise annoy the animals. If animals are behind fencing, do not stick fingers through or reach for animals without permission of petting zoo staff. Never put fingers in or near an animal’s mouth, and follow staff instructions for feeding.

• Respect safety barriers and follow all signage.

• Wash hands thoroughly after pet animals. After touching animals, do not touch your face until hands are sanitized.

By signing below, I agree to waive liability for damages or injuries.

Signatures. This Agreement shall be signed on behalf of Spring Creek Farm by Daniel Jaklin and Megan Tobin-Jaklin, Owners - Spring Creek Farm, and Parties (including any minors) and effective as of the date accepted.
